In this article, we’ll learn about the Websites branding settings for school administrators. The onboarding team has likely adjusted these settings for you during implementation, but you may want or need to make adjustments on your own later. Here’s how.
You can have a distinct and separate set of values and images for your district and each school. This allows you to visually differentiate them both in the website and app.
Logos
Images should be in PNG format and have a transparent background so that it eliminates a colored box or border when placed over a colored background.
Primary Logo
The primary logo is not currently used in the website but we will be adding support soon. You can still prepare a good quality PNG file with a transparent background. When support is added, it will be shown in the proper areas where applicable.
Secondary Logo
The secondary logo is not currently used in the website but we will be adding support soon. You can still prepare a good quality PNG file with a transparent background. When support is added, it will be shown in the proper areas where applicable.
Colors
Set the colors for use on key areas of the website and within the mobile app for the district and each individual school. Sometimes colors may need to be adjusted slightly from your brand to ensure they are ADA compliant and easy to read on screen.
General Colors
The general colors are used in key areas around the website that are not managed by the designer or site theme.
Mobile App Colors
The mobile app colors are used in the mobile app to change the color scheme as the user changes between the district or schools.

Splash screen background
This graphic is used for the splash screen background during the initial loading of the app. For best results across many mobile devices, it should be sized to 750px wide by 1624px high.
Splash screen overlay
This is your school logo or mark that is overlaid in front of the background splash graphic. It should be a transparent PNG to allow the background to show through. The image will be scaled proportionally automatically, but maintain a width of 750px or less.
Marketing image
This image is not used anywhere at this time and can be left blank.
Building Image
This image is used in the app on the contact tab. Each school can have an image of its building and it is displayed above the contact information. For best results, scale this image to 1080px wide by 600px high. While the size can be different from this, be sure to size all your buildings images the same size for best results.
Email Header Logo
Each school can have emails that reflect its brand. This image is left-justified at the top of email messages that are sent out. The image will always be on a white background and it does NOT scale across the entire width above the email so that it displays best on a variety of narrower screens. For best results, scale this image to 524px wide by 132px high.
