Simple. Whether their website is housed in SchoolStatus Sites, Google, or anywhere else, you can link to a person's personal website by adding the full URL in the Primary Link field while editing their profile. See the screenshot at right (outlined in red above) located near the bottom of the profile editor.
Save the change and there will be a link next to the website icon in their directory profile listing.
