If you have added a new drop-down menu option to your site and it doesn't look like the other drop-down menus, there might be a simple reason why it doesn't, and that is a missing style that needs to be applied or the items in the menu are not in an unordered list.
To see if the style is applied, edit the widget that is in the drop-down menu, click on Container located at the top of the widget and find the Custom Class Name field. All drop-down menus should have DD-Menu entered into that field so that they are styled correctly.
Please note that If there is a DD-Menu entered into the Custom Class Name field, the items in the drop-down menu are in an unordered list, and the drop-down menu does not look correct, don't hesitate to get in touch with SchoolStatus support.
