If you receive the Department is ambiguous error when doing an import, it means that there are multiple departments with the same name. If you do a quick search, using the search function built into the dashboard, you should be able to find all departments with the same name.
To fix this error you will need to change the names of the departments with the same name so that they each department has a unique name.
