In order to request the removal of a file from AWS servers, you will need to provide the URL of the file. To obtain this URL, navigate to the location of the file on the website using the File Manager and click on the download button. Copy the URL from the browser and paste it into a message to our support desk, requesting the file to be removed from the AWS servers.
