The first thing you will need to do when you would like to replace a file that has already been uploaded is to find where it is being stored on your site. Once you know where the original file is located browse and locate the new file on your computer, the file must be named exactly the same as the file you would like to replace. So for example, if you wanted to replace a file called 'fallbrochure.pdf' the new file that you are uploading must be called 'fallbrochure.pdf'. Then when you choose the new file, before clicking on Upload, you will see a Replace Existing Files(shown below) at the bottom of the upload screen, check that and then click Upload.
